Monitor and make loan or credit card payments through the Oportun app
Members have the option to connect their loan or credit card account handled through Oportun, giving you the ability to easily monitor balances and make payments right in the Oportun mobile app.
How to link accounts
1) Head to Profile & settings (the person icon in the top-left)
2) Tap Settings , then head to Contact information to double-check that your name, phone number, and email address match what's on file for your loan or credit card account. If you need to update your name, please reach out to our support team.
3) Back under Settings, choose Merge accounts
4) Tap Connect
5) Confirm your full legal name, date of birth, and zip code.
After linking, you can view the status of your loans or credit cards and set up automatic payments in the Oportun app.
